In the heart of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park among intrepid peaks, vertical rock face, deep vallies and exposed walkways and paths. A classic itinerary with breath-taking views of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello-Presanella group.
The trail is well marked and signposted with the Red and White SAT signs, with the number of the path written in black. The exposed stretches of pathway are well protected with safety cord (reinforcing equipment is not necessary).

E - Escursionistico (Hiker)
Departure is form the car park Vallesinella situated just a few kilometres for Madonna di Campiglio in a pleasant mountain hollow (1.513m). Take the SAT 317B path, which passes the striking Cascate Alte di Vallesinella (Waterfall), the Malga Vallesinella di Sopra right up to the panoramic Rifugio Casinei (1.826m). From here, following the SAT 317 uphill, crossing the larch woods, some open terrain and finally reaching the characteristic Rifugio Tuckett (2.272m), situated beneath the vertical walls of Brenta. From the rifugio the SAT 328 descends to the Sella del Fredolin, between the Vallesinella and the Val Brenta. Continuing downwards among the mountain pines and reaching the SAT 318, which leads once again to Rifugio Casinei. From here on the winding SAT 317 back to the Valesinella car park.

From the end of June to the beginning of September there is a shuttle service from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio (Piazza Brenta Alta) towards south Campiglio and Vallesinella. For information and times visit www.campigliodolomiti.it
FROM BOLOGNA-VERONA AND FROM BRENNERO
Take the A22 motorway and exit at Trento Nord (if you are coming from the south) or S. Michele all’Adige (if you coming from the north). Proceed in direction Cles, Val di Non, Val di Sole, and Dimaro.
FROM BERGAMO-BRESCIA
Proceed along the SS42 (direction Passo del Tonale) and from here follow the signs to Dimaro.
From Dimaro follow the signs to Folgarida, Passo Campo Carlo Magno and on to Madonna di Capiglio south. From here it is possible to continue in the direction of Cabinovia Spinale where you can park and take the shuttle bus to Vallesinella, or from Palù continue by car to Rifugio Vallesinella (pay attention to times and limitation rules for the summer).
