A pleasant downhill run on dirt roads and easy paths within the Natural Park - Adamello Brenta. Waterfalls, streams woods and nature are the words which probably best describe this particular trail.

A climb to 2000 metres in telecabina. A pleasant descent on your mountain bike in a natural and unique environment. This trail is suitable for families with children over the age of ten, hence it’s name 'Family Trail'.

We reccomend a stop at the malga di Dimaro for a coffee or to buy some excellent local cheese and to enjoy the breathtaking view across the Brenta Dolomites.

Safety information

It is advised to use a bike with a cushioned fork and with hydraulic brake discs. We reccomend that you be competent and in full control of the brakes in downhill rides. We also advise that you join a local bike school and take part in some local organised tours.

Starting point

The arrival point of the Daolasa or the Folgarida Malghet Aut telecabina

Directions

From the telecabina station proceed in the direction of Malghet Aut and the Malga di Dimaro where we suggest you to make your first stop to see the preparation of the milk and to taste the local produce. Descend the tarmacked road for 200 metres, at the bend continue along the path which will become a forest road, until reaching Folgarida, Casina. Follow the hairpin bends along the quiet downhill tarmacked road until finally arriving at the main road, there you will see Hotel Belvedere. Another 100 metres down this road will bring you to the dirt road for Val Meledrio. Follow the splendid Val Meledrio until arriving at the wooden bridge, after the bridge there is a climb of roughly 100 metres. From here you can enjoy a pleasant downhill ride to Dosso di Santa Brigida and the village of Carciato. Follow the signs in order to reach the cycle path.
