WHAT TO EXPECT/ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
With a snowmobile you will reach Baita Ciocomiti, an alpine hut under the starry sky of the Brenta Dolomites, where you will discover the authentic Trentino flavours. Outside the chalet you’ll drink a hot consommé, then you’ll have dinner, which includes an appetizer, first course and dessert. After dinner you will find a chocolate counter, where you will taste the Ciocomiti chocolate and different spirits.
Ciocomiti: the only chocolate to be aged at high altitudes! The highest quality of stone-ground Bean to Bar chocolate climbs entire mountains up to the Tuckett Refuge, in an environment that takes you back to your origins and where the air is pristine. Here it rests for at least two lunar cycles and refines its scents. At the end of this period, the precious ingots return to the laboratory ready to become very fine bars.

Ciocomiti is a chocolate manufacturing company. A young reality that combines tradition, innovation, territory and passion for the search for authentic flavors. It was born and developed thanks to the attitude of its founder, Matteo. Already with experience in the world of wine and the art of ice cream, he began to build his ambitious project starting from a basement used as a small laboratory. From here the company gradually consolidated until it became a well-known and appreciated reality.
