ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
A regenerating experience among forests, water, and wellness: the journey begins at the Terme di Rabbi Thermal Spa Center and then up to the area called Còler, which can be reached on foot or with a shuttle bus. Here, guided by Claudio, the thermal spa center’s kinesiologist, you’ll had off on a lovely barefoot walk through the forest along a trail that runs alongside the Rabbies stream. The direct contact with natural elements like earth, moss, and water stimulates circulation, reduces stress, and increases an overall psychophysical balance. During this experience, breathing exercises and moments of silence will help to release tension and prepare both body and mind for a good night’s sleep.
THINGS TO KNOW
At the end of this experience, you’ll continue to relax with a herbal thermal bath, enhanced by a warm compress that soothes your muscles and regenerates the skin. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to
take deep breaths in the salt room, which is beneficial for the respiratory system, and finally, you’ll end this experience with a relaxing herbal tea. Bathrobes and slippers will be provided to make your experience even more enjoyable.
Your day will end at the Thermal Spa Hotel with a unique gourmet aperitivo based on mineral spring water!
