A pleasant itinerary in the Adamello-Brenta Park. Base point for the «Rifugio dei Caduti dell’Adamello» (The fallen from Adamello) and other tours in this glacial area.
The rifugio can be found close to the Laghi di Mandron, and facing the Vedrette delle Lobbie and Mandron, the glacial area of Adamello and the most extended of the Italian Alps. During the Great War, this area was the scene of numerous battles: the ruins, which have remained, are witness to this, for example trenches, outlook posts, and a small military cemetery.
