ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Cooking with children has never been so much fun! Together, we'll prepare cheese canederli, one of the most traditional dishes of Trentino. We'll make butter, gather flowers and herbs to decorate them, and then enjoy them served with cold cuts and cheeses from the farm, followed by a dessert. A truly special family lunch.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

The Valtresin Agricultural Farm, in addition to their passion and love for their job, which they will transmit during the experience, will provide you with all the ingredients and tools to make your own dumplings. Following the preparation of the dish, there will be an opportunity to enjoy it together with your family or group of friends in a delicious lunch.

SUITABLE FOR

This activity is particularly suitable for families with children, grandparents and uncles with nephews, groups of friends, and so on! In short, it's a perfect experience for those who want to spend time with the little ones, having fun and learning new recipes to replicate at home.

Since it is a cooking workshop, heat sources and sharp objects will be used. For this reason, children must be accompanied by an adult who will assist them in using these tools.

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

The only thing we ask you to bring with you is an apron. Don't forget it, we're going to have fun!
