The apartment is situated in a strategic and sunny location a few steps from the center of the village of Pellizzano. Only 3 km from the slopes of the Folgarida- Marilleva - Madonna di Campiglio - Pinzolo ski area, which can be reached for free by ski-bus service with a stop located on the main road below the house.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
