Recently-built house, located in the outskirts, in a peaceful and sunny area amidst nature.
Two apartments are available:
- on ground floor, a 60 square metres apartment with two bedrooms and 4/6 beds, large bathroom, kitchen-living room, wood stove, washing machine, TV and garden. Perfect for children and seniors.
- on first floor, a 90 square metres apartment with two bedrooms and 6 beds, two bathrooms, large kitchen-living room, wood stove, washing machine, TV, electric oven, balconies with excellent exposure to sunlight.
The house has two outdoor parking spaces, ski room, independent central heating (metered) and lies beside the children playground, few metres from the village centre, the bicycle path, canoe and rafting centre and 2 km from the lifts.
Bed linen and table linen , baby bed box, flat iron with board and mountain bike available on request.
IF POSSIBLE, STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
During the winter season, heating and electricity costs are extra, according to meter reading.
During the summer season, heating and electricity costs are included in the price.
Bed and bathroom linen available upon request.
Final cleaning 80,00/100,00 euro / 100,00/150,00 euro (if you have an animal)
When booking your stay, a booking fee will be asked equal to 30% of the total cost, and a security deposit of 150.00 euros.
