Casa Marina is in Malè, the main town of the valley, 50m far from the skibus stop with direct and fast connection to the Skiarea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta. The apartment is about 130 mq; has 8 beds in 4 rooms, the living area consists of kitchen with oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, the washroom with shower and washing-machine,phon, the living room with sleeping-sofa and the access to a double room. The sleeping-area has the washroom with bath tub, 2 double rooms and 1 single room. The apartment has a wide parking, a private garden with barbecue, balconies, a skiroom, wi-fi. In each room fits a cradle or a little bed: it is available on request and with no additional charge.
The price includes: water and electricity consumption, heating, ironing, cutlery and flatware, covers, pillows, crib, high chair, washing machine, TV, ski-room, outer and private car park.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 80,00 (kitchenette at customer’s charge). On request linien rental € 13,00 per person. A security deposit of € 100,00: it will be retuned after the check of the apartment before the check-out. The extra charges will be asked at the arrival.
Starting from January 1st 2021 all stays will be charged a tourist tax of 1,00 € per person per night.It must be paid directly at the accommodation facility in addition to the accommodation price.
