"Residence Miriam" apartments, newly built, has different sizes apartments from 40 to 60 squared metres. Located in a quiet position, sorrounded by the green meadows, not far from the centre.
STUDIO FLAT: double bed, single bed and kitchenette.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT: double room, kitchen living room with sofa bed and kitchenette.
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT: double room, single room with bunk beds, kitchen living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The prices include: bed linens (weekly changed), final cleaning, electrical supply, hot and cold water supply, sun chairs on the balcony and garage.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
A mandatory surcharge will be applied for the Val di Sole Guest Card Pontedilegno-Tonale on all stays between June 21st and September 21st 2025:
adults € 4 per night, FREE for children age 13 and under if accompanied by 1 adult (1:1 ratio).
