From the Parking Lot - Bus stop of Peio Paese, climb up to the village playground. From here starts the dirt road with the sign "Malga Talé - The Capercaillie Forest." The route is initially flat, then with a slight ascent you reach the eagle viewpoint at Croce dei bagni. Continue on the forest road to Malga Talé which alternates flat stretches with some ups and downs. Along this stretch you will encounter other installations of the route: a treehouse, wooden sound amplifiers, information about birds. Along the path you also find the mysterious Sass de le Croséte, a boulder on which hundreds of small crosses were carved in ancient times, the purpose of which is still unknown. Upon reaching the Capercaillie Forest Visitor Center, located in the Malga Talé hut, you can return back the same way or you can climb to Marassina, where there are numerous farmhouses, then descend to Croce dei bagni and continue to Peio.
