Cerevisia. This ancient term, derived from Latin, simply translates to «beer».
Indeed, this beverage, common to all of us, has a millennia-long history (over nine thousand years) and has accompanied entire civilizations: from the early Mesopotamian civilizations, to the Egyptian dynasties, from the barbarian populations of Northern Europe to the present day.
Cerevisia is the festival of craft beers.
Why beers? Because there isn't just one type of beer, but over a hundred and fifty, and each brewer, with their artisanal touch, makes it unique, imbuing it with their own personality and taste. This beer thus encapsulates a new, unique identity born out of passion and tradition.
Why Trentino? Because our region hasn't stood still either; over the years, several breweries have sprung up and flourished here! And now is the right time to bring them together, to get to know them and taste their excellences!
