On the occasion of Cheese FestiVal di Sole, Pomaria, and Formai dal Mont, some of the best restaurants from Val di Non and Val di Sole will offer delicious menus focused on apples and mountain cheeses, paired with wines from the member wineries of the Strada della Mela (Apple Route).
