THE VAL DI NON AND VAL DI SOLE

The Strada della Mela e dei Sapori delle Valli di Non e di Sole association was set up in  2003 with the aim of promoting typical products and in this way strengthening the relationship between man and nature that is characteristic of country folk. The farmers, restaurateurs, agritourism managers and artisans who have joined the association are committed to guidelines that guarantee visitors enjoy genuine, typical products that can be bought and savoured in comfortable, pleasing surroundings.
Fruit and veg (apples, soft fruits, vegetables), cheese and dairy products, cured meats, wine, grappas and spirits, jams, juices, vinegar, syrup, and honey—all artisan produced and presented to visitors as a key for understanding and appreciating culture, history and traditions in Val di Sole.
