How do I get my card?

Easy: to get a Trentino Guest Card, just book your holiday in one of our hotels or other accommodation options. The Card is included in your stay at no additional cost: the accommodation will send you an alphanumeric number by email or SMS and you can activate it by downloading the App “Mio Trentino”, even before you arrive.
If you do not have a smartphone, you can ask for your card to be printed out when you check in.
Trentino Guest Card also includes kids under the age of 18, free of charge.
In addition, if you book here you will immediately receive the code to associate your Card, along with the booking confirmation.

Have you downloaded the app?

Available for both Android and iOS, Mio Trentino app means your card is with you wherever you go, providing useful information for your holiday. Just download it free of charge from the app store and register, enter your card details and click on «use YOUR Guest Card», then show it at the ticket offices of museums, castles and attractions.

You can use the app to validate tickets for travel on all forms of public transport in Trentino during your holiday, starting from the validity date on your Guest Card.

Here's how:

Click on the button «Home» ➽ use your Guest Card ➽ view your subscription;
Click on “Validate your ride” and frame the QR Code you find on board every bus or at
the train station, before boarding ➽ validation
