WHAT TO EXPECT/ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Walking among strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, you will collect your fruit basket like a real farmer and then off to the fireplace! With Leonardo's help, you will transform freshly picked fruit into delicious jam or juice that you can take home as a sweet memory. To conclude the afternoon, a real farmer's aperitif awaits you in the cool cellar of the Toffe farm with speck, cheese, local wine and fruit juice.
Leonardo will teach you all the secrets handed down to him from his grandmother Oliva, to turn the juicy, freshly picked berries into sweet jam, juice or syrup. You’ll be able to taste the Maso Toffe produce in the old cellar where speck and cheese are aged to give them their special flavour.
WHO ARE WE
Maso Toffe is located 800 metres above sea level. The fresh air of the Dolomites and perfect sun exposure allow the berries grown by the young farmer, Leonardo, to develop truly unique flavours.
