Peio's Museo delle Streghe is an ethnographic museum of popular magic and witchcraft, Europe's seventh such museum. Although the smallest museum in Trentino (35 m2), it houses over 400 artefacts from the region, other parts of Italy and the rest of the world. This Witchcraft Museum is a treasure trove preserving the echoes of a 'magical' heritage: one that defined culture, belief and individual hopes for the human soul for centuries.
