WHAT WE SUPPY

Taste the iron-rich natural mineral water from the Ancient Spring

A delicious and healthy lunch:

local products including bread, a sampling of cheese and cold cuts,  organic apple juice, typical Trentino barley soup, seasonal fruits and dried fruit and nuts.

Lunch will be served outdoors using biodegradable items and each family and/or participant will receive a blanket.

Admisson to the Thermal Spa:

phlebological treatment, invigorating tub, sauna, hay bio-sauna with infrared light that helps to relieve back pain, a relaxation area, a bathrobe and slippers.

The spa area will be managed according to Covid19 safety guidelines.

Not suitable for wheelchair users.

A total 5 km walk both ways

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

You need to bring a bathing suit, suitable footwear for walking in the mountains, a light jacket and a water bottle.

Always bring a face mask with you, your holistic operator will let you know when and where to wear it.

We want you to have fun and stay safe. This is exactly why we are totally committed to complying with all Covid-19 safety regulations issued by the Autonomous Province of Trento, updated by the Prevention Department of the Provincial Health Services.

In practical terms:

-          that you arrive at the meeting point with your face mask; 

-          max 9 people in a group in compliance with COVID19 safety guidelines;

-          before your outing you will be asked to fill out a privacy act form and a self-certification form concerning any possible flu symptoms or contact with any positive Covid-19 cases in the past 14 days prior to the activity
